Thermal Conductive Refrigerant Gas Sensor Module (Under development)

 

SEMITEC’s refrigerant gas sensor module is thermally conductive gas detection sensor that is used the unique ultra-compact and highly sensitive thin film thermistor element.
It can be used to detect leakage of microflammable refrigerant gas R32 which is mainly used in air conditioning equipment.
Because of the heat conduction type, unlike general gas detection sensors, there is no need for replacement and it can be used continuously even after exposure to leakage gas, which can be expected to reduce maintenance costs.
In addition to R32, R454B, R744, hydrogen and others also can be detected.

Features

No ReplacementEven when exposed to 100%LFL※2 flammable gas, replacement is not required. It can reduce maintenance costs.
Long life:Stable performance can be maintained over a long period of time because there is no poisoning deterioration due to miscellaneous gases.
Environmental disturbance-resistant:Resilient to environmental disturbances such as humidity, atmospheric pressure, and wind, and stable performance in various environments.
Versatile output support:Open collector output and UART support enable various applications such as monitoring, alerting and fault detection.
